Senior Consultant R&D

IT Skills:

•    Understanding of webMethods Products suite – especially Integration, API Management & B2B (Integration Server, Mediator/API 
      Gateway, Universal Messaging/Broker, Cloud Streams, EDI message using Trading Networks etc.)
•    Good understanding & experience with Software AG Cloud offerings – webMethods.io/Integration Cloud

Special Knowledge/Skills:

•    Good communication skills, experience of managing and working with customers
•    Ability to look at the big picture and translate the business problems to a technical solution
•    Understanding on Hybrid/Multi-Cloud Integration Patterns
•    Understanding on Azure/AWS/GCP offering
•    Experience with any iPaaS Platforms, e.g., Boomi, Informatica, etc.
•    Experience with Node.JS is a plus
•    Ability to work with multiple competing priorities
•    Ability to trouble shoot and investigate technical issues independently
•    Ability to ramp up and learn new technologies as required

Tasks & Responsibilities:

•    Work closely with the customer and try resolve technical issues/queries with the platform
•    Contribute to Customer, Partner enablement
•    Work closely with R&D, Product Management, delivery teams on product specific technical challenges
•    Proof of concepts to demonstrate the Product Capabilities.  
•    Manage & Support Customers/Partners in the initial phases of the platform Deals
•    Participate in Community forums
