Duties and responsibilities

 

Software AG is building up offshore capability in India for internal and external customers in the last years. Besides R&D development center contributing in the development of our product suite, we built up a professional service/consulting team working offshore and on site for our internal and external customers. We want to extend the offshore activity and built up a team supporting our GCS Operation Team in supporting the sales and delivery teams with process and tools.

 

  • We are building up a support team reporting to GCS global operations for the administration and maintenance of Global Competency Center (GCC).
  • We are coordinating many tasks between the GCC and regional consulting teams. These include staffing, resource assignment, reporting and analysis.

 

Support Global Competency Center

 

  • Following-Up, Managing, Creating and Providing Monthly reporting
  • Reporting using several standard and custom reporting systems
  • Managing staffing opportunities
  • OpenAir Knowledge Center for: Training and support of the GCC teams in OpenAir
  • Track Data Quality in cooperation with the GCC team managers
  • Support for GCC team managers using OpenAir in the day to day business
  • Documenting and Validation (and Implementation) of
    • Resource assignment process
    • Request management
    • GCC controlling processes
  • Manage ongoing logistics for established workshops and programs
  • administrative tasks
  • coordinating visas and other mobility tasks
  • coordinating with local and external teams
  • Review trainings decks and recorded trainings for quality
  • Administer, build, and update courses and programs in iLearn

 

 

 

 

Candidate Profile/Qualifications

 

  • MBA/Bachelor’s/Engineering graduate
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools – PowerPoint, Excel, Access
  • Ability to write VBA programs/ Macros/Java Scripts will be an added advantage
  • Excellent  verbal and written English
  • Working Experienced in an international organization and collaboration in international multicultural teams
  • Good understanding of management and controlling of consulting business and its delivery and sales process
  • Knowledge of CRM process and tools is an advantage
  • Conflict resolution and problem solving skills
