User Experience Designer 1




Our ideal candidate has a track record of designing end-to-end experiences across multiple functional areas using user-centered design, agile/lean UX , Design thinking methodologies. It goes without saying that we’re looking for someone who thrives in a technically sophisticated environment.

Moreover, we work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment, so the ability to communicate effectively, and collaborate with many different developers and product managers is a must.


The candidate must have a solid background in the UI/UX and Design field and a track record of successfully handling enterprise products and solutions space.

In this role you will work with leaders/peers across product management, engineering and other business functions to drive our existing product lines as well as steer our next generation offerings.

To be successful, you must possess a combination of business & management skills, creativity and a keen eye for design, ability to navigate ambiguity, customer empathy, ability to thoughtfully persuade and secure buy-in from key product leaders and inspire the design-first-customer-first culture.


You will:

  • Create design specifications and design standards in the form of Style Guides, storyboards, prototypes, wireframes, and screen flows.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and product marketing throughout creative process.
  • Communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Closely monitor implementation and continue design work as needed through release, and beyond.
  • Passion for great user experiences.

You are / have:

  • 8+ years of experience ( can make changes based on role definition)
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch or similar tools
  • The ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Great communicator, analytical thinker, comfortable with technical subject matter, and preferably, a good sense of humor
  • Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Arts, or related field or work experience as a designer.
