Services NSync Project Lead

The Services NSync Project Lead will be responsible for the successful implementation of the PS Transformation Pilot project in preparation for global roll-out. Will lead a large project with 7+ workstreams, 70-100 activities and 30+ resources within PS and cross functional.

The ideal candidate is a culture and organizational change champion, self-directed, inquisitive, and intuitive with an aptitude to learn the end-to-end PS domain expertise (e.g. Managing / Running a global PS Organization).

We are seeking a mature professional with a solid project management and business acumen that brings a collaborative approach, empowers the team identify needed change; creates a vision to guide that change and inspires the team to share that vision; executes the plan and creates the needed change.

This role requires working collaboratively with various stakeholders, to design, execute, and lead multiple teams through organizational change efforts. This role will utilize change management principles, processes, and tools to focus on driving financial and operational results, behavioral changes; designing change strategy, assessing stakeholder impacts and organizational readiness, recommending and/or implementing appropriate communication, training, and behavioral change.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, guide and support multiple workstream leads / consultants through the design and implementation of targeted change strategies including identification of change impacts to people, process, policy, and structure, stakeholder identification and alignment, appropriate communication and feedback loops, success measures, training, organizational readiness, and long-term sustainability
  • Leads, drive day-to-day change management activities while providing the appropriate levels of support
  • Analyze data, evaluate results, and develop recommendations and road maps across multiple workstreams
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with key cross functional leaders and project team members
  • Educate and coach project team members, sponsors, and functional leaders on change management principles, tools, and their roles in effective change

  • Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, escalate issues appropriately, and keep information confidential is critical to this position
  • Works well under pressure in a fast pace environment

 

Education Required:  Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.

 

Experience Required:  7+  years of experience in management consulting and project management, leading multiple teams / workstreams or 7 to 10 years of direct management experience required. Experience working on global projects across multiple time zones.
