Position Purpose


The Global Sales Compensation Analyst will assist the Global Sales Compensation team in the complete day-to-day duties and tasks. We are looking for a detail oriented self-starter, with a proven capability of prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting strict goals and deadlines. You must have strong analytical skills and have the desire to learn about Sales Compensation policies, practices and tools.


Job Functions


  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the distribution of sales compensation plans to the sales organization
  • Help run monthly commissions processes and payment checks
  • Maintain, improve, and scale the systems and processes to create and execute the sales incentive plans
  • Track and report on the status of plan acceptance to ensure compliance and timeliness
  • Help to create and run reports for quarterly metrics on sales compensation plans
  • Contribute to the sales compensation team as needed with auditing, plan analysis, and reporting
  • Answer queries from the sales teams and provide regular training on sales incentives to the sales teams, with ad-hoc training provided as needed


Qualifications and Experience


  • Experience in sales compensation in a professional environment
  • Effectively analyze data and create meaningful, understandable models, reports, metrics, and charts
  • Experience with Incentive Compensation tools (Xactly-Incent) a plus
  • Ability to multi-task with limited supervision
