Therefore we are looking for an equally ambitious person willing to play a major role in unlocking the great potential of our Sales and Presales teams worldwide to drive effectiveness and efficiency, and accelerating revenue growth.

 

As the Sr. Manager Global Field Enablement you are part of a growing Enablement within the COO area, reporting into the VP Global Field Enablement.

 

In your new role, you will have the chance to independently design, develop and execute tailored sales enablement courses and programs such as new hire workshops, global Sales Kick Off for approximately 1,000 people, and Account Planning workshops amongst others. You will also be responsible for driving sales standards across all regions.

 

To achieve these goals, you will:

 

  • Directly interact with our sales management, marketing, and product business units to develop and drive adoption of enablement programs
  • Coach Sales Managers and Account Executives to improve sales excellence
  • Manage event/workshop logistics, delivery approaches, trainers and budgets
  • Build learning materials, guidelines and best practices for key programs in cooperation with product business units, as well as industry and technical experts
  • Create content for our video content sharing and coaching platform
  • Continuous training on (new) sales tools usage

Your profile

  • 5+ years in Sales Enablement Program Management and training delivery, plus experience in Sales at a B2B software vendor (preferably for Integration, API Management, IoT, Business Process design and analytics and/or IT Portfolio Management)
  • Proven track record in accelerating the value of sales processes and methodologies
  • Experience in facilitating and delivering trainings and coaching
  • Experienced at establishing priorities and meeting swift deadlines in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to travel globally (~25% Travel)
  • Fluency in English (written and verbally)

 

Educations Qualifications: Educated to Degree level or equivalent
