For our Headquarters in Darmstadt we are currently looking for a (Senior) HR Business Partner*.

 

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Build trustful and effective relationships with management teams, people managers and employees to position HR as trusted advisor
  • Strategic and operational implementation of structured HR processes
  • Translating business requirements in HR actions
  • Driving forward the following topics and processes:
    • change management
    • organizational and talent development
    • compensation and benefits
    • leadership and management
  • Managing and analyzing HR metrics to find root causes and develop short, medium and long-term plans
  • Management of or participation in various HR projects
  • Collaboration with global HR business partners to enable cross-functional standards
  • Support in the implementation of global HR programs, concepts and initiatives

 

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • Master’s degree, or equivalent, in human resource management, organizational psychology, business, or related field required
  • 10+ years' experience in progressive HR Business Partner or HR Leadership roles, working in a dynamic global organization
  • Dynamic and competent appearance towards internal and external partners on senior management level with high customer orientation
  • Learning mindset, willing to leave comfort zone
  • Hands-on attitude, flexible, adaptable and resilient
  • Pro-active, self-driven and confident
  • Team player
  • Strong change management, negotiation, influencing and project management skills
  • Problem solving and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills and capability to interface at all levels of the organization
  • Outstanding conflict and persuasion skills
  • Fluent in English and German
