For our Headquarters in Darmstadt we are currently looking for a Junior HR Business Partner* Corporate Functions.





You are a passionate talent* at the start of your career in HR, striving to help bringing HR and the business closer together by partnering with employees and leaders in our corporate functions (Board Areas CEO, CHRO, CFO). This role will give you the opportunity to get a comprehensive picture about Software AG’s business model and how people shape the success of Software AG. By working with our employees and leaders and helping them with their people agenda, you will have a positive impact on business success, since people make the difference.


You will work on specific global initiatives and/or programs, guided by the SVP, HR Business Partner Central Functions, and will take over responsibility for dedicated initiatives. You will support the SVP, HR Business Partner Central Functions, in various international projects.


We are looking for you to:


Build trustful and effective relationships with employees to position HR as trusted advisor

  • Participate in global HR programs and processes in the area of:
    • Talent development
    • Change management
    • Compensation & benefits
    • Succession planning
    • Organizational design
  • Manage or participate in various HR projects
  • Collaborate with further HR business partners to enable cross-functional standards





  • Degree in human resource management, organizational psychology, business or related field required
  • 2+ years' experience in HR roles, working in a dynamic global organization
  • Pro-active and competent appearance towards internal and external partners
  • Learning mindset, willing to leave comfort zone
  • Hands-on attitude, flexible, adaptable and resilient
  • Team player
  • Project management skills
  • Analytical capabilities
  • Fluent in English and German
