Manager* Customer Experience Center

For our new Customer Experience Center we are looking for a program manager*, reporting to the Head* of Customer Experience Center (tbh). This position is responsible for the execution of world-class customer/partner briefings that drive increased sales and strengthened customer/partner relationships. This role is highly visible and requires excellent communication skills.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Coordinate the end-to-end implementation of customized briefings, including catering, accommodation, supporting program, travel, nurturing track, etc.
  • Customize briefing agendas based on customer/partner needs
  • Align with respective regions (key account manager/field marketing) and with the technical Customer Experience Center team
  • Host internal and external speakers
  • Summarize and close-out briefing with Account Team/Field Marketing.

     

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Several years of Customer Program experience in a B2B high tech company required
  • Excellent project management skills from proposal to execution required
  • Perfect attention to detail required
  • Willingness to handle last-minute changes or urgent requests required
  • Strong time management, planning and organizational skills required
  • Solid knowledge of current trends in B2B customer engagements required
  • Superb written and oral communication in German and English required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required
