Vice President* Global Sales Enablement

This transition is a great chance for you, the new charismatic, enthusiastic and experienced VP Global Field Enablement. To drive an aligned and joint approach for GTM and sales success, you will initiate, establish and nurture a strong, trusted partnership with key stakeholders at all levels in the organization, including C-Suite, Sales and Pre-Sales, Alliances and Channels, Marketing, Human Resource and our Product Business Units.


This high-profile position requires a deep understanding of sales and sales enablement, needs a people leader who knows how to unlock the great potential and grow the talents of our Sales and Pre-Sales teams and managers worldwide, and takes achieving success in rapidly changing environment as a given.


You will report into the Chief Operation Officer, committing to drive execution excellence with your peers in Sales and Business Operations, Sales Excellence and Tools, Regional COOs, and Industry Solutions, amongst others.




  • Develop an aligned overall global enablement strategy and charter, covering product knowledge, skill development and sales methodologies
  • Translate the strategy into global and regional programs, roll them out and monitor their success
  • Accompany Sales leadership on their transition journey, train and coach them (including account planning and demand generation workshops) plus provide thought leadership on how to align to the overarching company strategy
  • Manage and grow a team focused on enablement program ideation, development, and delivery
  • Leverage existing Learning Management Systems and Learning Reinforcement Platforms

  • 15+ years working experience, combining a quota carrying management role (Software Sales) with the ability to understand the challenges that sales teams encounter daily, as well as a sales enablement role with a proven track record in creating and deploying successful global and regional growth programs
  • Experienced in providing sales executive training and coaching
  • Excellent and dynamic speaker, presenter and facilitator of workshops with larger groups
  • Ability to travel globally (~25% Travel)
  • Team player on all levels throughout the organization
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
