Senior Executive Assistant* to the CHRO



Location in Germany: Darmstadt 


We are looking for a responsible Senior Executive Assistant* at our headquarters in Darmstadt to support the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). 

The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative and personal assistance in a timely and professional manner.

As an extremely organized and accomplished professional, you will manage your daily schedule and perform well in a global environment where interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity are a given. 

Your main duties include managing the CHRO’s agenda and travel arrangements and taking full ownership of the CHRO’s calendar. You should be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively in English and in German. Absolute trustworthiness and discretion are essential. Our ideal candidate has previous experience as a Senior Assistant or Executive Assistant and is familiar with current office management technologies.  





  • Ensure administrative efficiency of the CHRO Board Office
  • Actively manage the calendar of the CHRO
  • Respond promptly to the CHRO’s queries and support her in the daily business
  • Make complex travel arrangements and process travel expenses
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
  • Manage emails, phone calls and approval processes
  • Contact for executives, employees, customers and partners
  • Welcome and interact with high-level guests and visitors
  • Facilitate internal communication (e.g., distribute information to board area)
  • Interface for administrative tasks with external and internal stakeholders  





  • Proven work experience as a Senior Assistant* or similar role
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to think proactively and prioritize work
  • Loyalty, confidentiality and discretion
  • Solid experience with office management systems
  • Strong communication skills (via phone, email, Teams and in-person)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player
  • Experience in working in an international team or environment
  • Fun in working as an assistant
