The global HR Competence Center for Talent Management, Culture and Learnings was implemented this year and will drive these strategic topics in close collaboration with the regional HR teams. We are looking for a new colleague* who will help us to design innovative concepts and to bring them to life.

 

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Help to design innovative global career, talent and performance management system
  • Build and implement development concepts, personality- and competence models and career paths with aligned learning framework and culture
  • Innovate strategies to enrich the quality of talent in our organization
  • Support to build HR and leader capabilities
  • Manage and promote talent visibility processes
  • Design, deliver and manage High Potential programs
  • Strengthen feedback culture
  • Act as trusted partner for our Executives and Senior Managers* to support talent development
  • Partner and collaborate with HR Competence Centers (Talent Management, Culture, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition), Corporate University, HR colleagues and stakeholders globally
  • Manage relationships with external partners

 

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • University degree in relevant field (business, psychology, education, social studies or similar)
  • Several years of working experience, ideally in a global environment
  • Experienced in successful realizing strategies, concepts and projects in internal and external talent management and employee development
  • Extensive knowledge in optimizing processes and managing large (international) projects
  • Experience of integrated talent management, succession management, High Potential development, diversity and inclusion
  • Experienced and passionate about conceptualizing and applying state-of-the-art development tools
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German with excellent communication skills, high detail orientation, ability to work independently as well as intercultural competence
  • Willingness to travel
