Position Objectives
•    First-level IT-support mainly to the Benelux countries
•    Based in Den Haag but traveling to Brussels when needed

Tasks and Responsibilities:
•    Self-responsible care and first-level-support to all questions and problems of our users
•    Creation of error analysis and self-reliant solution implementation
•    Windows Server administration and support of the team in local and global projects


•    Profound knowledge of Windows server and client operating systems as well as networks

•    Experience with software distribution is a plus

•    Knowledge in the area of computer hardware

English / Dutch
