Position Purpose

To provide effective and accurate support to the Finance Department, in order to meet the needs of the business.

 

Job Functions

  • Enter new license and maintenance contracts into SAP with a high degree of accuracy
  • Complete monthly license and maintenance billing
  • Prepare necessary monthly reports (ARR, Maintenance) and explain major movements.
  • Maintain company accounting systems to ensure all processes are followed.
  • Ensure all filing for the department is maintained.
  • Complete monthly Professional Services invoicing and review time recording system in Openair.
  • Answer any ad-hoc contract/product queries that may arise from Professional Services and Sales.
  • Credit Control for a number of external customer accounts.
  • Complete final booking and administration of any flights and travel.
  • Complete daily banking of cash and update SAP/banking system.
  • Assist in forecasting and budgeting.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Sound base knowledge of accountancy concepts required.
  • Accountancy or business type degree highly preferential.
  • Intermediate excel
