Recruitment Coordinator


This role is available in Derby




The EMEA Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for supporting line managers across the EMEA region throughout the different recruitment processes.


Key Responsibilities


  • Developing a good understanding of candidates, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
  • Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts online
  • Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
  • Identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
  • Sending out DISC assessments
  • Maintaining the recruitment portal
  • Using candidate databases to match the right person to the hiring manager's vacancy
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates for the hiring manager
  • Conduct pre-screen calls: briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
  • Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to the hiring manager regarding suitable applicants
  • Organising interviews for candidates
  • Emailing interview meeting requests and interview confirmation
  • Informing candidates about the results of their interviews
  • Keeping track of all recruitment activity including number of new hires, open head counts and positions filled




  • Highly organised
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Experience of recruiting using social media
  • Experience recruiting sales people in software industry is desirable
  • Must be a highly skilled and fluent communicator able to communicate up to senior management level.
