  • Bachelor degree and 3+ years experience in business development, and/or product management and product marketing
  • MBA, Computer Science, and/or Engineering background highly desired
  • Experience with large enterprise customer facing roles and solution/value-based selling
  • Experience in creating and promoting new digital business and SaaS products
  • Prior experience in IoT or related industrial domain highly desirable
  • Ability to facilitate a virtual team composed of key stakeholders across the enterprise
  • Strong conceptual and analytical thinking
  • Broad understanding of the IoT platform market, trends, and dynamics as well as strengths and weaknesses of major players
  • Demonstratable track record of launching new products and driving sales initiatives to meet revenue goals
  • Confident, excellent communicator both written and verbal with strong presentation skills up to executive levels
  • Self-driven work ethic, ability to quickly learn about and understand our IoT products and services to effectively work with our product team and deliver in a results-oriented efficient environment







Strong background in business development and/or, product management/marketing; ideally, experience in launching new digital businesses and SaaS products.

Because you will develop strategies and tactics to accelerate our IoT growth as part of our global product management and strategy team. You will liaise with our regional sales, marketing and business development teams, drive sales enablement and pipeline creation, help position our products, guide definition and execution of regional campaigns, and gather feedback on challenges and requirements.


Strong conceptual skills, high analytical thinking, and quick understanding

Because you will research market and customer demand, match against product offering and articulate industry-specific value propositions for repeatable IoT use cases. You will extract key trends and levers that drive the business and translate strategic and technical concepts into business standards. Your analysis will point out key IoT customer segments, verticals, use cases, and personas with their pains and gains and will represent the foundation for sales plays, campaigns, customer engagement, sales trainings, etc. You will need to understand the technical and business requirements of our customers and work closely with our product team to guide the direction of our product offerings.


Broad understanding of the IoT market, trends, and dynamics

Because you will conduct research, data-driven market and competitive analysis for our IoT offerings to identify new market opportunities, help expand the business, and support differentiation and innovation. You will participate in our IoT portfolio strategy development and in strategic sales planning. You will have to understand, position, and foster end-to-end IoT solutions, by considering and enabling ecosystems consisting of device partners, solution partners, and technology partners.


Great communication skills, team spirit, and intrinsic motivation

Because you will represent the customer and be the champion and the voice of the customers. You will build strong relationships with both business partners and customers to bring their customer's voice into the product management process.  You will work in a virtual, geographically distributed, multi-disciplinary team and need to manage your projects, meetings and facilitate groups to a decision. You will demonstrate thought leadership and strategic thinking, influence other to set and attain goals, and develop relationships through trust. You will need to prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to growing our IoT business.
