Your heart beats for digitalization,salesand people development?Then we got the right job for you: as Sales Director*/RVP* Sales for our Enterprise Customers in Germanyyou are responsible for a team of account executives working on named accounts.Together you will work withMarketing, SDRs and CSMs toachieve and exceed our goals.   

  

  

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Develop and implement strategic plans that meet business goals and objectives created in partnership with the management team 
  • Lead, manage and support the team to develop and execute sales strategies 
  • Ready to take personal leadership of new business discussions at conceptual level with CIOs and other C-level interfaces in client organizations 
  • Ensure effective co-operation and communication with Pre-sales, Solution Consulting, Marketing and Channel Sales, guiding and mentoring those teams to ensure resources are allocated and managed in the best possible way   
  • Rigorously monitor and track progress towards financial and business objectives 
  • Act as a change management ambassador and facilitate transformational and cultural shift 

  

  

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

 

  • High-energy,dynamicand inspirational leader with charisma    
  • Ability to successfully manage a sales team in country for an international software vendor 
  • Ability to communicate, present andinfluenceall levels of the organization internally and externally, including executive and C-level 
  • Ability to effectively managethe sales process and collaboratewith all involvedparties 
  • Ability to navigate a matrix organization, with accompanying evidence of having achieved results through influence rather than direct control   
  • You are fluent in German and English, both in writing and speech 

 

Education

 

Bachelor’sdegree or equivalent work experienceideally with business and/or technology orientation

   

 

Experience

 

  • 10+ years of software selling experience(preferably SaaS) or equivalent knowledge in technology and/or sales environment   
  • Preferably5+ years of managerial experience   
  • Experience in leading & closing complex sales cycles using solution selling techniques
