TrendMiner software is based on a high-performance analytics engine for time-series data that allows users to question data directly, without the support of data scientists. Search, diagnostic and predictive capabilities enable users to speed up root cause analysis, define optimal processes and configure early warnings to monitor production.  

 

Our company is growing fast, so we’re always on the lookout for ambitious and enthusiastic new talent. We currently have a job opening for a highly motivated, creative, versatile and ambitious Jr Marketing Associate to join our team.  

 

Your challenge 

As a Jr Marketing Associate you will play a vital role in supporting all aspects of demand generation-related marketing initiatives. You will help manage and execute general day-to-day marketing tasks with an emphasis on supporting inbound and outbound marketing activities, event organization, and campaign execution and monitoring. You should have a basic understanding of the full marketing mix and be familiar with inbound and outbound marketing tactics.   

 

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a practical, hands-on mentality who can take initiative without being prompted, is quick in executing assigned task with a high quality, is creative and has an eye for brand aesthetics and able to track progress for multiple projects at once. You have a love for marketing and an eagerness to learn and grow.  

 

Your task and responsibilities: 

  • Support the execution of daily tasks related to email marketing, lead generation efforts such as events, webinars and campaigns, social marketing and marketing funnel optimization  
  • Assist in preparing and creating materials, including brochures, presentations, videos, advertisements, newsletters, award submittals, announcements and reports and make them available online and for internal and external stakeholders 
  • Develop and coordinate graphics, write and edit layout materials when needed  
  • Assist in event and campaign selection, execution, close out and reporting and stay on top of important deadlines 
  • Help create pages on our website for event promotion, new content pages, video-on-demand pages, event registration forms, content center updates & improvements 
  • Work with the Manager Demand Generation to continuously optimize effectiveness of our marketing automation tactics at all stages of the buyer funnel  

 

Your qualities 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Media, Communication or related discipline   
  • Experience in a Marketing role for 2-3 years’ in a B2B environment is a plus 
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and/or Wordpress  
  • Strong computer skills (tech-savvy)  
  • Working knowledge of Sales and Marketing processes and funnels   
  • Working knowledge of key marketing performance metrics  
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environment and multitask  
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
  • Can work as part of a team but is also able to work independently   
  • You don’t always need to be given direction and you do not take criticism personally 
  • You are a life-long learner, constantly curious and growing 

 

Preference will be given to candidates who can also demonstrate:   

  • Experience working for a SaaS or technology company   
  • Knowledge of our key markets: chemical, oil & gas, pharma, metals & mining or utilities industries   
  • Graphic design and video creation and editing skills are a huge plus  
  • Proficiency in languages other than English
