Marketing Specialist Nordics



We are looking to recruit a highly driven Marketing Specialist in the Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Iceland) to drive Marketing activities in alignment with local and global business objectives. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director Nordics, you will be an essential player in the local Nordic team and the global field marketing team. Your role is to support the awesome Nordic team with the execution of demand generation activities. With a core focus to drive pipeline creation, you will manage the event and campaign follow up and lead progression and accelerate existing opportunities.


You will be expected to lead local projects. An entrepreneurial attitude and a proactive approach will be required to achieve outstanding results in a highly complex, diverse and changing environment. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders through positive communication within the organization.


You will lead the creation of local marketing campaigns using all available marketing channels to execute effective online campaigns in accordance with global plans. You plan and execute marketing events and seminars for customers, prospects and partners in close cooperation with the sales & pre-sales team and available marketing resources. You actively participate in the copywriting of the supporting materials.


  • Help design and implement creative marketing programs, including direct mail (digital and post), events, webinars, collateral, references, PR, Social Media and other key B2B marketing channels
  • Pro-actively work with the sales teams to support pipeline and revenue objectives by driving new campaign initiatives
  • Partner with the social and digital teams to ensure the successful execution of multi-tactic, multi-channel campaigns are seamlessly delivered
  • Develop new marketing collateral (print/digital/video) to support specific campaign initiatives
  • Plan and execute marketing events
  • Distribute leads to the Sales Department and track conversion progress within, ensuring the effective follow up campaigns by lead owners
  • Track campaign effectiveness using reports/dashboards and effectively communicate campaign performance and ROI
  • Source and manage local vendors, invoicing and budget for marketing program execution
  • Provide guidance on marketing messages and material, website, campaign concept and creative development to ensure effectiveness for the region.
  • Manage project plans and budget.



  • Desirable with 2-3 years experience in B2B technology marketing
  • You have a University degree in Marketing or similar.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in Swedish (mother tongue) – Danish is a plus. Very good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Copywriting skills to localize global campaigns and develop messaging for events and campaigns.
  • Experience of CRM management ( or similar) and knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo.
  • You enjoy stepping out of your comfort zone and make things happen.
  • You are a self-starter with a strong sense of what needs to be done and effective time management to meet tight deadlines. You are self-motivated and results driven with a flair for creative marketing and a strong understanding of how technology can be an enabler for delivering excellent campaigns. You are pushing tasks/projects through to completion often in challenging circumstances.
