Cloud Service Operations Engineer - IoT

Our "IoT and Analytics" Cloud Operation team is expanding, and we are looking for a new colleague. The team working closely with Research & Development (RnD), Security Services and the Support organization to contribute to our vision “We connect people and technology for a smarter tomorrow”. We strive for continuous improvement of our processes like CI/CD, Incident and Change management to deliver first class cloud services to our customers.

YOUR TASKS

• You work closely with the internal teams of RnD, Global Support and Professional Services delivering our cloud services
• You handle incidents (on-call duty) and implement changes in a daily business
• You improve automation (everything as code) as well as work on self-healing capabilities of the platform

YOUR PROFILE

• Academic Degree - completed study in computer science or a similar field or a proven professional background with 5 years of professional experience
• Strong Unix/Linux background
• Hands-on experience with container solution like Kubernetes
• Good IT infrastructure background (security, storage, networking, virtualization)
• Practical experience with DevOps tools such as Puppet, Chef or Ansible
• MongoDB, Loadbalancers and other Cloud technology background
• English
