As a GCS Sales Executive, you will be an important member of the GCS sales organization, a key element of our growth and expansion strategy in Malaysia. You will play a critical role in driving the end to end full sales cycle, identifying customer needs, creating solutions by adopting Software AG Technologies.

Working in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Service Delivery and the partner teams, the GCS Sales Executive’s primary objectives is to achieve revenue target, establish customer adoption of GCS Services and deliver a quality customer experience.

You will be financially compensated based on the following criteria.

  • Services revenue
  • Management Variable Income (MVI)
  • Order Entry : 110% of Services Revenue target  
  • Increase 50% Growth of Number of Software AG GCS customer in 2019

As an experienced sales professional, you are excited about the opportunity to learn about technologies that you are not familiar with or sales methodologies that you have not used before. You have the ability to learn quickly and have the curiosity truly wanting to understand new topics. You are a self-driven sales professional with a proven track record in developing sales opportunities with new customers or expanding existing customer relationships leveraging our technology portfolio elements in new Opportunities.
