Title:                     Salesforce Administrator

Reports to:         Senior Manager GIS Salesforce

Position Purpose:

Software AG is seeking a Salesforce System Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis in our Malaysia, Philippines, or Singapore office. Primary responsibility will be first-level user support, administration, and customization of the Salesforce CRM application.

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide end user support with production issues or other concerns
  • Customize the Salesforce and CPQ applications            
  • Manage users, roles, profiles, security rules, etc.
  • Manage mass data updates and imports

Skills and Experience

  • Good working knowledge of Salesforce technology, especially Lightning
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Developer preferred, but not a must
  • Good database design, data modelling and user interface design skills essential
  • Experience in support of complex production systems
  • Experience in using Data Loader, Workbench, and other data maintenance tools
  • Fluent English, spoken and written
  • Proven experience providing outstanding helpdesk customer service
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English via phone, email and in person
  • Be able to work under pressure, multi-task, manage changing and conflicting priorities and workload
  • Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross-functional teams
  • Good understanding of sales, marketing, and financial business concepts

Education

  • BS in Computer Science or similar technical degree
