ABOUT THE JOB

The ARIS Practice Lead will have responsibility for PS ARIS opportunities throughout the lifecycle: from the business development/sales stage to delivery of the project and/or training event. All elements associated with practice excellence will fall under his/her domain: people management, skills and delivery enablement (technical) and sales support.

 

This individual will be expert in understanding and promoting ARIS solutions (process analysis, modeling, performance management, governance, etc.). S/he will easily navigate between business and IT communities, provide thought leadership to the PS sales team and develop a vision/value proposition for customers/prospects. The Practice Lead will mentor and motivate ARIS team members and analyze the Americas market to develop customized service offerings.  

 

This role is cross-functional; close communication and collaboration with Sales/Pre-sales, Global Support, Global PS and Partner teams is vital for practice excellence. The role is also hands-on; the Practice Lead will have both billable and revenue generating targets. Up to 75% travel required.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategize, plan, develop and implement innovative business solutions with clear value proposition for customers to run and optimize their key business processes.
  • Review existing infrastructure, architectural, organizational and operational processes for customers for purposes of validation and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop, mentor and manage practice members ensuring skills align with expertise and services business needs in PS Americas region.
  • Develop and maintain enablement plans for ARIS consultants, as well as cross-training plans for consultants in other practice areas. Identify training and shadowing opportunities.
  • Create and deliver presentations tailored to client goals and requirements.
  • Identify potential project risks and plan for mitigations.
  • Scope level of effort (resourcing, timeline, cost), create proposals and respond to RFPs.
  • Coordinate with Alfabet and Integration practice managers, as appropriate, to develop comprehensive customer proposals and long-term solution planning.

 

ABOUT YOU

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
  • 5 to 10 years relevant to the position, including consulting and leadership experience
  • Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the practice focus.
  • Experience working with ARIS products
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead, engage, mobilize and motivate multiple teams to accomplish goals
