ABOUT THE JOB

Provides analytical and specialized administrative support to relieve executive, and staff managers of complex details and advanced administrative duties.  Executes special or continuous research and data analysis tasks.  Analyzes problems, determines approach, compiles and analyzes data, and prepares reports/recommendations.  Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties.  Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports.  Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature.  Assignments may be found in various functional areas.

                        

Essential Job Functions 

  • Reconciliation of departmental budget and expenses.
  • Responsible for all logistical arrangements pertaining to vendor and employee visits.
  • Group travel arrangements for employees.
  • Processing of all employee expense reports and submission to accounting for payment.
  • Processing of all invoices for payment to vendors.
  • Submission of paperwork for departmental equipment purchases and ordering of the equipment, as well as logging and distribution when orders are received.
  • Departmental office supplies for office, facilities management and related duties as needed.
  • Cross-trained with department personnel
  • Other duties as may be assigned

Education and Experience

  • University Degree, equivalent training or experience
  • Minimum of 3 years applicable experience
