ARIS Delivery for Software AG Customers

Senior Consultant* Business Process Management (ARIS)

Location in USA: Reston

 

We are looking for a Senior Consultant as support for the BITT Team in the Global Competency Center. You will help our customers to implement and use ARIS based solutions according to our best practices.

You will interact with all levels in the customer organization, i.e. with business and end users and, if necessary, also with the management (C-level). In those projects you'll have a great level of freedom which comes along with an over average level of responsibility. In addition to regular project activities, coaching customers and partners as well as mentoring colleagues is part of that role. You will also support internal projects with regards to improving delivery processes and interaction with sales, R&D and further departments.

 

YOUR TASKS

  • Implementation and/or technical management of ARIS implementation projects for customers in North America and globally
  • Technical development of ARIS-based solutions, implementation of requirements and process workshops, independent process modelling
  • Advise customers on how to define, develop and implement governance processes which are relevant for business process management.
  • Implementation of customer and partner training courses in the context of ARIS
  • Support of account management in customer acquisition

 

ABOUT YOU

YOUR PROFILE

  • Successful completion of university and according grades
  • Practical experience in business process management projects, ideally on the basis of ARIS
  • Consulting experience (also internal) in the context of requirements analysis and conception
  • Experience in enterprise architecture management and quality management projects is an advantage
  • Analytical thinking and abstraction skills, quick grasp, enthusiasm and creativity
  • Independent and responsible action (both in project and customer situations and within the framework of continuous self-responsible training)
  • Customer orientation and strong communication skills
  • Very good written and spoken English skills, German is a plus
