Software AG, a leading international software company, is searching for high-performing  candidates to join our Post University Hire Program at its Reston, VA location.  The ideal candidate is a recent college grad with the desire to start a career in Enterprise Software Sales and/or Technical Sales.

What You Will Do:

  • Learn the day-to-day activities, processes and systems we use to manage our demand funnel: how we operate our business
  • Become proficient in prospecting and lead development, research, and the tools and industry best-practice techniques. Then use them live.
  • Improve your overall sales acumen including phone presence and skills and conversational techniques through peer-to-peer coaching, management coaching, and real-life practice
  • Be coached and mentored by our best and brightest Sales Executives with exposure to our top customers
  • Always be self-educating: on the markets we serve, what our customers care about, and the solutions Software AG offers to help them
  • Be maniacally attentive to the importance of our data and the accuracy of it through defined hygiene practices
