Digital Optimization Manager

 

About the job:

You will be the personalization and optimization expert driving the business requirements and building experiences within Software AG’s A/B testing platform. Working with multiple departments, you will help establish a testing culture within the organization and enable personalized experiences on digital properties.

 

This role will be responsible for the optimization roadmap, developing and testing personalization initiatives, identifying valuable audiences across digital properties, developing optimization and personalization capabilities, and conversion rate optimization, They will also define best practices for testing, be responsible for reporting results, and coordinating with the development and web teams to implement long-term solutions.

 

About you:

  • At least 2+ years of experience with A/B testing and personalization
  • Familiarity with Adobe products (Target, Analytics, AEM)
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
  • Analytical skills and interpreting data to relay results to stakeholders
  • Ability to partner with development and web teams
  • Communicates and writes in a clear and precise way
  • Excellent presentation skills and interaction with peers
  • Knowledge of web KPIs and best practices
  • Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work independently
