Executive Assistant


This position provides high level administrative support to the Chief  Revenue Officer.

About The Job

The Executive Assistant requires in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures. 

  • Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature
  • Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals
  • Prepares presentation materials for executive meetings
  • Makes high level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
  • Experience working with customers, vendors, and visitors.                        

Essential Job Functions 

  • Provides high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, webinars and scheduling meetings. 
  • Prepares memorandums, travel itineraries and personal calendar for Executive. 
  • Prepares draft budgets, for all departments reporting to Executive
  • Manages paperwork flow for all personnel requisitions, personnel changes and material requisitions, within the department.
  • Interpret administrative and operating policies and procedures.
  • Perform general office duties, set up and coordination of meetings and recorder of meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate budget preparation, personnel and housekeeping in order to aid business unit and executives.
  • Other duties as may be assigned.

  • Able to act with tact and discretion. Must be responsible and able to handle confidential information.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods and coordination of people and resources.  Good problem solving techniques

 Education and Experience

  • University Degree, equivalent training or experience
  • Minimum of 10 years applicable experience
