Are you collaborative, customer focused, a self-starter, data-driven, high-energy and passionate about making an impact?  Then join our high-performing marketing team in North America and make your mark!  We are looking for an experienced Account Based practitioner with demonstrable success in helping sellers expand footprint, deepen account relationships, and close revenue. This newly created role will report directly to the VP of North America Marketing, and will be responsible for planning, executing and measuring a range of multi-touch marketing programs for named accounts. Key activities include account intelligence gathering, goal setting, demand creation and reputation support.



Develop, execute and manage a holistic ABM strategy and program that’s integrated, multi-channel, and data-driven, utilizing multiple tactics to meet business objectives. 

  • Work with account teams, product and industry marketing to create personalized messaging and a unique ABM program for each account
  • Understand and analyze the account portfolio, including how to prioritize and group accounts according to opportunity, buyer need, persona, industry, buying cycle stage and propensity to buy
  • Oversee offer creation and determine the optimal tactic mix for named accounts
  • Work with functions in sales and marketing to define and establish workflows (e.g. campaign personalization and execution, lead hand-offs)
  • Manage the development of advertising programs, content, landing pages, and account based events
  • Partner with operations to provide data and ongoing insight into named accounts from internal and external sources to drive relevance and timely execution
  • Execute marketing programs on behalf of sales, and show reps how to execute program elements on their own
  • Manage reporting and KPIs related to each account and the program overall to understand where the most value is achieved and why
  • Partner with content teams to provide campaign customization according to analysis of buyer need
  • Work with digital team to conduct A/B testing of messaging to improve response and conversion rates
  • Determine which marketing campaigns and assets to leverage for named-account engagement planning
  • Evaluate, select and manage outside vendors (e.g. technology partners, data providers, agencies) that may contribute to named-account marketing
  • Manage and adhere to budget allocation
  • Partner with marketing operations to establish, forecast and report against key success metrics

Education and Experience

  • 5-8 years of b-to-b marketing experience, including 3-5years of ABM experience and 2-3 years digital marketing experience
  • Strong technical literacy, including MAPs and SFA systems, technical procurement, business case creation and user needs analysis
  • Insight gathering and analysis from multiple internal and external data sources (e.g. data providers, social analysis, engagement scores)
  • Budget management skills
  • Demonstrated creative skills (e.g. written and/or design skills) to drive personalization and relevance
  • Proven experience working with multiple marketing and sales functions to deliver superior results
  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business or marketing
  • Proven ability to simplify and articulate complex technology and business value concepts through written and verbal communications
  • Good people and management skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams, and third parties providers


Additional Skills Desired:

  • Experience in working with Demand Base, Jabmo, Triblio or similar
  • Experience in delivering digital marketing through channels such as SEM, PPC, Retargeting, LinkedIn etc
  • Regular users of Marketo and Salesforce
