Sr. Business Assistant

 As the Business Assistant to the Americas Sales Leader, you will be key player in our transformation.  In addition to administrative support duties including calendaring and travel management, the Business Assistant will drive critical projects, prepare, and support executive level content and communications, and work hands on with the Americas leadership team on a variety of exciting topics.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain calendar and email for the Americas Sales Leader
  • Supervise a team of coordinators, with an emphasis on talent development, to assist in building a strong talent pipeline
  • Serve as the project manager on critical regional initiatives and special projects in the areas of employee engagement, sales enablement, sales operations, data integrity, etc
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on behalf of the Americas Sales Leadership Team
  • Partner with HRBP to drive employee engagement and retention programs
  • Create content including email correspondence and presentations for Americas Sales Leader and critical other meetings

Education Required:  University degree in Business or related disciplines required, advanced degree preferred

 

Experience Required: 7+ years of executive level support including but not limited to complex calendaring and travel scheduling, communication management, research, program management, etc.

 

Physical Requirements:  Ability to travel up to 50% or more if needed.
