ISV/OEM Account Executive


Position Purpose:


As the first point of contact for partners in the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) team, you as our Senior Busines Manager will manage key strategic relationships across our portfolio. Working closely with local go to market resources you will design and implement activities that develop both technology partnerships and partners commercial models.

You will be responsible for coordinating across senior stakeholders in the business units and local resources to ensure there is consistent alignment supporting the requirements of the partners. Through leadership and commitment, you will support the commitment and development of the partner marketplace developing long term technology partners.


Essential Job Functions:


  • Work closely with ISVs & OEMs to create, develop and close business opportunities that deliver sustainable long-term revenue
  • Work with senior regional leaders to evolve the business to deliver a comprehensive solutions-based approach
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and executives in the business units to align solutions and offerings that support our long-term objectives  
  • Identification and development of ISV sales opportunities through a variety of outbound and inbound activities
  • Working with the regional sales and marketing teams to ensure there is a consistent go to market message and alignment for the ISV business
  • Through the QBR process define, measure, and communicate key metrics and success criteria to key stakeholders  
  • Work on a global basis with your colleagues supporting the wider eco system goals
  • Be responsible as the local subject matter expert and provide regular communication on trends and market changes to internal sales audiences  
  • Ensure that the best practices are being communicated across all stakeholder groups
  • Manage and monitor your work using Salesforce, social media, and other sales tools and technologies


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Minimum of six years of sales experience to ISVs & OEMs in the European market
  • Minimum of eight years software experience
  • Working knowledge of developing and closing complex larger value frame deals
  • Consistent track record of developing new partnerships with ISVs
  • Strong understanding of the multiple sales motions in the ISV sector  
  • Empathy with exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of software interoperability in the ISV sector
  • Skills for building personal and business relationships

  • Excellent spoken and written English

  • Travel requirements can be up to 50%
