Executive Communications Manager/Specialist

ABOUT THE JOB

This position will primarily support the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in Santa Clara  and also assist the Regional President NA with their communication agenda

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop communications materials and content to promote the CRO/Regional Presidents (e-newsletter, reports, presentations, promotional materials, social media posts, Helix, etc.)
  • Leverage internal/external events to increase engagement
  • Conduct research to ensure messaging is on target and aligned with goals
  • Manage websites/social media tools (Glassdoor, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.)
  • Pitch activities, events, and topics to  gain exposure and visibility for the organization
  • Manage external vendors and agencies to support communication - marketing projects

 

ABOUT YOU

Academic Degree:  B.S. Degree Communications/Marketing

 

Professional Experience in year(s):  5

 

Special Knowledge:
Must be able to work comfortably with C suite within the company and effectively able to develop/create communication materials to highlight and interpret company objectives for all platforms.

 

IT Skills:

  • MS Word Package
  • Proficiency in all Social Media Tools (Facebook/Twitter/Linked In/Instagram etc.)

 

Languages:  Native English speaker

 

Additional Requirements/ Soft Skills:

  • Cultivate and maintain a network of national, regional, and local media contacts
  • Works with others globally and external vendors to coordinate communication/messaging campaigns
  • Must be proactive in their development/communication strategy/timing
  • As necessary may travel with CRO
