Senior Business Assistant to CRO

ABOUT THE JOB

The Senior Business Assistant* to the CRO (SBA) is a talent development role for a period of one year. During this year the SBA* supports and works intensively with the CRO on the day-to-day activities. At the same time, he/she gets the opportunity to experience first-hand and learn about how different aspects of our business are managed. He/she also builds a network with the Board and Executive Leadership Team.

 

SBA* is responsible for supporting the CRO through:

  • Preparation and timely/quality execution of internal and external meetings
  • Forward looking planning of CRO engagements & travel
  • Follow up on actions from meetings and engagements
  • Collecting, preparing and analyzing information
  • Prioritizing to ensure maximum impact in line with strategic priorities
  • Individual communications to customers, partners and employees
  • Providing advice and helping weigh multiple points of view on various business topics
  • Special projects and initiatives

 

SBA* works as a tight team with the Executive Assistant* (EA) and the Communications Lead for CRO. Alignment is achieved through daily connects, detailed communication and synchronization on all relevant information to ensure that all parties are fully equipped to perform their tasks.

 

The SBA* travels with the CRO at appropriate times to participate in people, client and partner engagements to support and make sure actions are picked up and the necessary information is delivered to subsequent stakeholders, and also as a personal learning experience.

DURATION AND LOCATION

Duration of the assignment: 12 months

Location of Assignment: Due to the nature of the work - candidate will need to be based in Santa Clara (or travel to Santa Clara). 

Due to the length of the assignment, full/family relocation is not offered

Assistance with accommodation and regular travel home will be provided
