Human Resources Business Partner


Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Influencing and building relationships with global management teams and people managers to position HR as a trusted advisor in the designated board area
  • Driving the talent agenda to build a sustainable pipeline of world class talent through acquisition, appropriate talent moves, retention and development actions
  • Conducting interviews and managing the recruiting process for strategic leadership positions
  • Challenging and supporting of the global business leaders to ensure a great outcome on people related matters
  • Providing coaching and support to international Business Partners to drive high performance that enables the delivery of superior performance
  • Engaging with leaders to implement programs to develop people’s capacity and readiness for change
  • Concept development for the design and implementation of strategic reorganizations in the designated business area
  • Implementation of global HR programs, concepts and initiatives, e.g.: Objective setting and assessment processes, annual salary and remuneration reviews, concept design for the development of global HR processes
  • Cooperation with other global HRBPs to drive cross-divisional standards
  • Leading of or contributing to global HR projects
  • Facilitating and driving Quarterly Business reviews including follow ups for designated board area
  • Managing relevant HR KPIs together with the board member/senior executive leader


Position Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

  • Advanced degree, or equivalent, in human resource management, organizational psychology, business, or related field required
  • Extensive experience in progressive HR Business Partner or HR Leadership roles, working in a dynamic global organization
  • Experience in successfully managing teams and developing team members
  • Understanding of business contexts and ability to translate business requirements in HR actions
  • Dynamic and competent appearance towards internal and external partners on senior management level
  • High customer orientation
  • Excellent communication, conflict and persuasion skills
  • Fluent in English language
