The Sales Admin Assistant performance objectives are to ensure effective and efficient delivery of administrative matters of the relevant Vice Presidents relating to the following:


  • Manage calendars and appointments
  • To provide administrative support such as scheduling of meetings, booking meeting rooms, conference call facilities and organizing catering as required
  • Responsible for overseas travel and hotel arrangements, including visa applications
  • Co-ordinate support for customer and executive visits
  • Track and submit expense claims
  • Assist in co-ordination and planning of company events
  • Prepare presentation materials such as PowerPoint slides
  • Any other matters/projects that the upper management may require assistance




To be a successful Sale Admin Assistant, you should have strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills. You must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively as well as a keen eye for details.  You pride yourself to be a self-starter and able to take ownership of assigned tasks and drives outcome with minimum supervision.
