We are looking for a self- driven high performing Sales Director to join our Sales team. You will be responsible for Southeast Asia and emerging markets, reporting to SVP GTM for APJ. With a regional team of Account Executives, you will develop, drive, and execute key growth strategies and initiatives, as well as leverage all resources for pipeline generation, to grow revenue and expand our customer base in the region. If you have an entrepreneur mindset, proven regional sales and C suite engagement experiences, excellent interpersonal, organisation and leadership skills and looking for an opportunity build and grow a Sales team, reach out to our Talent Acquisition team.

 

Job description:

 

  • Lead, manage and drive the team to develop and execute sales strategies to profitably grow revenues and expand the account base in target markets

  • Coach, and mentor senior Account Executives, with a hands-on, team-oriented approach

  • Drive effective, accurate, and timely forecasting and pipeline reporting

  • Team with marketing, pre-sales, partner management and professional services to maximize opportunities and foster cohesive sales strategies

  • Experience in leading regional sales as well as build and drive regional strategy

Additional Requirements:

 

  • Professional Experience in year(s): 8+, with 2-5 years experience leading regional sales pprofessionals

  • Enterprise software platform and/or consulting and services engagement sales experience

  • Familiar with middleware technologies, cloud architecture, integration platforms, Business Transformation/Rationalization, and IoT preferred
