About the job

  • Maintaining, monitoring, troubleshooting and developing our global VMWare solution that hosts around 10000 virtual machines in many countries
  • Development of IT virtualization architectures in close cooperation with our R&D organization and other business units also leveraging Cloud technologies
  • Design and implement concepts and architecture to improve current solutions around considering hybrid approaches
  • Continuously develop, improve, and enhance automation of our infrastructure and configuration management systems
  • Ensure security by design and work together with our Security and Enterprise architects

 

About You

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
  • Deep knowledge on Virtualization concepts, Cloud Computing and Containerization
  • Substantial experiences with VWware technology (vSphere, vRealize Automation) or other Hypervisors
  • Good Windows Server knowledge and at least one Unix/Linux Operating System
  • Experience on Configuration Management Tools (e.g. Puppet, Ansible, Terraform), in scripting (Bash, PowerShell) and automation
  • Good knowledge on network architecture
  • Team Player, strong communication skills, customer oriented and strong analytic skills
  • Fluent English skills
