ABOUT THE JOB

  • Develop and continuously improve the Product Definition of SAG Cloud Platform.
  • Participate in the Roadmap evolution.
  • Enhance and continually improve the usability and the functional completeness of the SAG Cloud Platform.
  • Collect customer demand through interviews, feedback sessions, via Products monitoring and check of historical issues/incidents.
  • Manage Customer expectations.
  • Structure the customer requirements and the improvement requests/needs into common Backlog for the whole Platform.
  • Translate/shape the customer requests and improvement needs into digestible (able to work on form) for the DevOps teams Backlog Items.
  • Establish clear criteria for prioritization of the Backlog items and prioritize the Backlog according to them.
  • Structure the backlog items into clear and functionally working Deliverable packages (Features).
  • Track dependencies on the Backlog Items and Deliverables.
  • Track progress on the Backlog as well as keeping the Backlog in coherent from deliverable perspective state according to changing priorities and reality.
  • Help in removing obstacles for Deliveries.
  • Participate in the architectural discussions and being part of shaping the future releases.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work with and manage diverse group of stakeholders in corporate environment.
  • Expertise in Customer expectation management.
  • Hands on experience in Agile methodologies: Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience as Product Owner/ Product Manager.
  • Technical knowledge on Cloud technologies.
  • Experience with Cloud platforms and solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP, Ali Cloud).
  • Experience with service-oriented architecture for cloud-based services.
  • Knowledge of security foundations.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.
