Associate Salesforce Administrator

This position is available in Sofia.

 

Software AG is looking for an Associate Salesforce Administrator to join our team. Primary responsibilities will be administration, customization and development of Software AG's account in the Salesforce.com CRM application.

 

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards
  • Maintain users, roles, profiles, sharing rules, permission sets, etc.
  • Manage mass imports and exports of data            
  • Design and build custom objects
  • Create workflows, validation and assignment rules
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and prioritization with business users
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
  • Provide on-going support and system administration to quickly fix production issues
  • Develop custom code using Lightning/Visualforce/Apex to meet user requirements, is nice to have

 

ABOUT YOU

  • University degree in Computer Science or similar
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience administering and developing Salesforce
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (or Developer) preferred
  • Experience in using Data Loader and other data loading tools
  • Experience using MS Excel, advanced skills
  • Database design and data modelling skills
  • Experience with SOQL, Visualforce, Apex preferred
  • Experience with Lightning, Salesforce DX, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, SSO is nice to have
  • Reasonable understanding of sales, marketing and financial business concepts
  • Fluent English
  • Be able to work under pressure, multi-task, manage changing priorities and workload
  • Experience in software design, development, implementation and support of production systems
  • Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross-functional teams
